2021 Reading Challenges | Sign Up Posts – Phannie the ginger bookworm

Happy New Year everyone! Hope everyone had a nice New Year’s Eve and that you are all still safe and healthy.

Today is the day when I announce yet again in which reading challenges I’m taking part. This is like a Sign-up Post. I’ve wanted to upload this one like 2 weeks ago but guess who is the queen of procrastination yet again? Yep, that would be me!

But now as I’m already 2 weeks late, let’s start with this post!

📚 – #1 – Beat the Backlist 2021 Challenge – Link to the post by novelknight

This is a challenge I participate every year in. And so to no surprise, I will also participate this year in the reading challenge. It’s one I like very much. I try to do the challenge where I have to read 52 books. As my reading goal this year is 50 books, I am sure that I will manage this challenge.

📚 – #2 – Goodreads Reading Challenge 2021

My goal this year is again to read 50 books. If everything goes well I am done with uni in February therefore I’m going to have a lot of reading time. Every year I’ve read more than 50 books and I hope that it will be no different for this new year.

📚 – #3 – 2021 Popsugar Reading Challenge – Link to the challenge

This is also a reading challenge I’m trying to participate in every year. Unfortunately I never kept track before of how many books I’ve read fitted the prompts. I sincerely hope that this will change this year. My goal is to achieve at least the 40 prompts for the easy challenge.

📚 – #4 – Read Harder Challenge 2021 by Book Riot – Link to the challenge

If my memory is correct I participated in the 2019 version of this one and managed well until the month of October. Let’s cross our fingers, that this year I will manage to read a book of every single prompt. There are “only” 24, so it should be manageable!

I also participated in 2019 in this one and really enjoyed it. It “forced” me to read out of my comfort zone, and I’m really glad that I participated. This year I want to redo the challenge.
