Triwizard Tournament Readathon |TBR

Hello everyone and welcome back to the blog! How are you all today?

Today I’m back with a TBR for you. But not a monthly one but a readathon one. And this is a real exciting one as it is the Triwizard Tournament Readathon hosted by Jessica at Chapter Charms. I’ve linked you to the announcement post so that you won’t miss it. I know I’m late to the party but hey I tried to avoid readathons with no success apparently because here I am again.

And now without further ado let’s start with this post.

I’m pretty sure that you first want to know which school I am representing and because I’m born in July I will represent Durmstrang. Who would have thought that? My Hufflepuff heart is a bit broken by that news but hey at least I am competing. Right?

Who else is Team Durmstrang? Please let me know in the comments below! Would love to know that.

πŸ“Œ First task – Dragon: Swedish Short-Snout

πŸ“š The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli

For this challenge we had to choose a book that we already read and that makes us feel protected. For me that was definitely The Upside of Unrequited.

πŸ“Œ First task – Method: Speed

πŸ“š Pumpkinheads by Rainbow Rowell and Faith Erin Hicks

For the Speed Challenge you need to read a graphic novel and what better way to finally start Pumpkinheads?

πŸ“Œ Second task – What was taken

πŸ“š The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan

I’ve chosen to save my sibling so what better way to represent siblings than to read this book?

πŸ“Œ Second task – Method: Transfiguration

πŸ“šThe Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

I swear. I didn’t do this on purpose! It’s just that I wanted to re-read this book for ages now and there are sea creatures so that’s perfect!

πŸ“Œ Third task – The obstacles: Sphinx

πŸ“š The Serpent’s Secret by Sayantani DasGupta

We need to solve a puzzle. So I’ve chosen this children’s book. I heard great things about it so I hope that I will enjoy it as much as some of you did.

πŸ“Œ Third task – Get the cup!

πŸ“š The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman

This prompt is about travelling and now I have no excuse anymore to not read this book!

And this was everything for this TBR. How about you? Are you planning on participating? Please let me know in the comments below!
